$5.99 Flat Rate Shipping on All Domestic Orders

We ship within three business days of your order using USPS. Standard ground shipping takes between 3 and 12 days, depending on your location within the continental U.S.  Delivery times to AK, HI, PR, GU, and VI are longer.  

The shipping charge for orders to Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands is $17.00 

We ship to New Zealand.  The shipping charges are based on the US dollar value of the order. 

For orders under US$200.00, the shipping charge is $35.00. 

For orders between $200.01 to $299.99, the shipping charge is $45.00

For orders between $300.00 and $399.99, the shipping charge is 55.00

We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/Military addresses.

Faster Shipping Options

We offer two-day and overnight shipping within the US, for an additional charge (added at check-out).  Please note: orders must be received by 2:00 pm EST Monday to Friday to ship the same day.  Orders received after that time will ship the next business day. Please note that our warehouse is not open on Saturday and Sunday.

Returns

We are 100% committed to girls getting the right fit so they can play their best. If the item you receive is not right, return it to us any time for a prompt exchange or refund.

What if I received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item please contact us customerservice@dragonwinggirl.com or 888-608-0166 within 72 hours of receiving your order. 

When will my order ship?
We ship orders within two business days of your order. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

How do I check on my account?
After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right corner of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped, along with tracking information.
