Why Dragonwing Girl?
Dragonwing Girl grew from our founder's wish for her daughter and girls everywhere to be empowered to play sports with determination and joy—free from distraction and constraint.
Before Dragonwing was founded, clothes in the girls’ departments were all fashion and made of lower quality fabrics - not meant for athletes. Womens' athletic wear didn’t fit and wasn’t age-appropriate.
The result of our founder's vision is a line of sports bras, support tops, compression shorts and thermal leggings, capris and long sleeve tees designed for tween and teen girls. A fit that's made specifically for them.
Our founder retired from Dragonwing Girl in 2021 - but we hope to continue her mission over the next decade.
Where are you based?
We are currently headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Prior to our founder's retirement in 2021, Dragonwing Girl was owned and operated in North Carolina for nearly a decade.

How do you ship your products?
All products in the United States of America are shipped via USPS.
What size should I buy?
We know girls of all ages come in different sizes and shapes, so our sizes are based on measurements, not on age. We recommend you take a few minutes to measure and then check our size chart to be sure your girl gets the right fit. Please refer to Find My Fit for further information on our sizes.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel your order.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
What if I received the wrong item?
We're so sorry! If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
To start a return, visit our Returns Portal, and enter your order number and zip code.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders within three business days of your order. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping and Promotions
How do you ship your products?
We ship all of our products in the United States via USPS.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, we offer shipping to Canada as well as select international . It is important to note that customers are responsible for any customs or tariffs assessed by the Canadian Customs or local tax authorities as well as we are not able to honor our free returns and exchange policy for international orders.
How do I check on my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped, along with tracking information.
Can I combine discounts with other promotions?
You may only apply one discount code per order. For example, if you have a first time customer code, you may not apply a promotional code for an additional discount.
What do you charge for shipping?
Your shipping costs will depend on the weight and distance to where we are shipping your order. Typically, we find shipping rates to range from $3-7.
Returns and Exchanges
What if your order doesn't fit?
We get it - we want to make sure that your product fits perfectly. You can return product within 30 days the order is fulfilled. To get started visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number and zip code.
Select the items you wish to exchange and/or return and download a prepaid USPS return label - then mail it back to us! We will also cover the shipping costs on your exchange.
Contact Us to exhange an item. This ensures you get the item you want, as well as credit for any discounts used.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Yes. We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. Visit our Return Portal to get started with returning your order or exchanging any item. For exchanges, once you print your return label and drop it off at your courier, we will ship you your new item.
Can I download my prepaid return label?
Just visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code or the email used for the order. Follow the instructions and your prepaid return label will be generated and ready for you to download once you complete your return or exchange.
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
Within 30 days of purchase.
What returns do you accept?
We want you to try on our product to make sure the fit is perfect!
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
